Breadalbane Muniments. Catalogue [typewritten, 1988-1993. Here, for instance, the typewritten catalogue provides more details than the Online Catalogue]. The respective series of material is deposited in the Archives under shelfmark GD112. The introduction to the Catalogue explains that the material was previously housed in Taymouth Castle, which was sold after the death of Gavin 7th Earl of Breadalbane. First deposits into the National Archives were made in 1926. Further instalments followed, and in 1973 the entire series of material was gifted to the Archives. Section 71: Manuscript volumes, printed books and miscellaneous pamphlets. Section 74/865-876: Miscellaneous manuscripts 1656-1871. Section 76/94-122: Miscellaneous, and volumes 1658-1923.
