XVIII, leather on cardboard</p> <p> Watermark: arms of Amsterdam, on middle of mantling a crown, above it a Maltese cross, countermark letters JBE in a frame (flyleaves and unnumbered index pages at end, mark matching Edinburgh, NL Scotland, Adv.MS.24.2.3 and Lindberg nr. 54, but countermark differs from Lindberg); bugle horn in a shield, no countermark found (pag. 3, 9, 33, 79, second pagination 23, 204).</p> <p> Handwriting: the character of handwriting in the entire volume points to the late 17th century, but all the material contained has its origin in the first half of the 17th century
