Cover: saec. XVII, in parchment glued on cardboard</p> <p> Watermark: jug, on top a fleur-de-lis (fol. 33); two pillars, rounded, between them letters BO (fol. 75-76); bugle horn in a shield (throughout Hope's "Minor practicks", despite the changes of hands, and throughout the Styles, well visible in last folio).</p> <p> Fol. 1-30 are torn out. Only two small scraps of them are preserved, before fol. 31. Five threads of the lost quires of paper can be seen, and this matches the pattern of the subsequent quires which are composed of three bifolia each, so that the five threads are leftovers of five lost quires of three bifolia = 30 folios
