• Actionis ar ather criminall, whilk concernes lyff and lyme, or tinsell of any of them, or utherwayes such crymes as may infer the confiscation of the goods perteneing to the defender - whilk should be determinat in the Justice Generall of his deputts be ane assyse of men knowing the veritie. Or ecclesiastick and of testament, legates, mariage and devorcements, and all civill actions of debts and uthers affected with ane oath or with ane promes whilk is provin with ane oath ... Or civill, concerneing lands, debts and pecuniall paynes whilk pertenes to the Lords of Session be ther priviledges granted them upoun the 27 May 1537
