Cover: not analysed</p> <p> Watermark: gauntlet, large, and above the middle finger a flower (in the first leaves of the main part) - similar to the mark in MS Edinburgh, NR Scotland, RD1/11 and in the printed Acts of Parliament 1566; jug with letters OA and beneath B (fol. 39, also in the second part of the MS); jug, large, with letters I and beneath R, on the lid five almost round skittles (in flyleaves at the beginning and end of the MS, obviously added to the volume in the second half of the 17th c.)
