The items have headings. On fol. 1r-3r a later hand has scribbled summaries in the outer margins. Items only numbered on fol. 1-7, in lighter ink. Good Latin. Much old Scots spelling is still maintained. Paper and ink well-preserved, easy to read. The text ends 1566/7/12, and this date ties in with the date of David Chalmer's digest of Scots law.
