Cover: contemporary, leather on cardboard</p> <p> Watermark: jug, large, with letters IM, on base a trefoil, on collar a fleur-de-lis (shifted to the right), handle's lines parallel, on the lid five almost round skittles, each bearing three balls, above the middle a four-petaled blossom and a fleur-de-lis (fol. 3, 5-6, 41, 43, 46, 48); fool (fol. 52-53, 56a, 61, 63); bugle horn in crowned shield (fol. 65, 96, 111, 127-128, 133).</p> <p> Foliation: modern foliation in pencil 1-134, but it accidentally skips some leaves. It appears that the entire volume was written 1672-1673 (see fol. 62 and 134v), by only one scribe, but he changed the type of paper from fol. 49 onward and from fol. 65 onward
