Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks "Thesaurus Practicarum Regni Scotiae"
Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks "Thesaurus Practicarum Regni Scotiae" This is a collective title for the entire volume. Several scribes were at work, but they used one type of paper only. For instance, a change of hands occurs between fol. 141r and 142r.
Foliation: two flyleaves precede. Thereafter a first scribe's hand numbered the leaves from 1 to 73. The numbering is continued by a different hand till fol. 80, and thereafter follow 30 unnumbered leaves (which ought to be numbered 81-110). Thereafter the first numbering resumes, from 74 to 141, so that the numbers 74-80 thus occur two times! After fol. 141, a different hand continued the foliation to 181. Folios 138-181, however, show that they belonged in origin to a separate volume because they bear in addition an older numbering 1-43 (whose first eighteen numbers are cancelled). At the end, nineteen blank leaves and a flyleaf are added
