The text was probably copied from Adv.MS.24.1.11 which in turn was copied from MS Laing III.429 - directly or indirectly. Adv.MS.24.1.11 served as a model at a time when the insertion of 37 leaves after fol. 73 in that MS (= after item nr. 249) had not yet taken place.
The items are numbered 1-497. They largely correspond to items 1-415 of the Orr MS. The items bear headings, and short abstracts of the items are written in the outer margins
