Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1624/1/24 - 1628/7/2: abstracts, drawn from a collection .

The abstracts are consecutively numbered within each leaf of this MS, so that the numbering starts afresh on each new leaf. The decisions follow a chronological order from 1624 - 1628 (ending fol. 103v), with an appendix of two decisions of 1610 and undated items (fol. 104r-v). As the title alleges that these abstracts are drawn from Haddington's Practicks I have tried to compare them to items at the end of a copy of Haddington, but I had no success. At times I found the same cases, but the wording of the report here is quite different.
