Institutiones - Epitome 'Iuri operam daturum' . The first lines are taken over from Justinian's Digesta. Thereafter shortened text of Inst.1.1 - Inst.1.5; then Inst.1.16, Inst.2.1; Inst.4.9; Inst.4.6. At times the author paraphrased the text somewhat. Cross references to Digesta. The text Inst.2.1 incorporates glosses and quotes Bulgarus de Bulgarinis and Martinus Gosia. Weimar suggested that the text originated in saec. XII medies, outside Italy
