Formularium - Scottish Styles .

Margins of first pages badly damaged, and ink faded. Old pagination in ink, but page numbers are so faded that they can only be read from 70 onwards. Written by only one scribe.

Styles for documents of feudal law and private law, but also documents issued in the name of King Charles I or II, 'ex deliberatione dominorum Consilii'. Many documents are dated 1664. The text of all documents is written in Scots.
