Formularium - Scottish Styles .
Written by two different hands, with many blank sheets in between. Starting with a treatise 'The form of Chancery of Brieves' which explains procedure and offers pertinent styles for the respective documents. Further on, a short treatise on debts and cautioners, and at the end again a series of styles, now for submissions to judges or to arbiters, and without explanatory notes. Some styles contain dates. The latest year which caught my eye was 1741
