And in thir tuo manuscripts with a lesser one of some few Pratiques (cited by his sone Kerse in his great collections 'Practiqua observatio patris') are given by me to the worthy Facultie of Advocats, to be preserved in memory of the author and as a marque of my respect and estime to the noble Facultie.
