Ius proprium Scotiae - Practicks (general digest of law, systematic) .

Written by only one scribe, on one type of paper. The scribe obviously used a model text which still had old Scots spelling, and he largely maintained that spelling. The leaves 6-9 are lost. Written in large characters on thick paper, so that this copy was obviously meant to be used by readers in a library. The copy is incomplete. The text breaks off in the middle of c. 19 of the title 'Of custumes'.

No preface. No author is mentioned, and no title given, and the first words of the main text are left out, but much space is left on fol. 1r to supply the title and the first words of the main text in ornate enlarged script at a later time - which was never done, however
