Quaestiones iuris canonici ("Aschaffenburgenses") . Perhaps from French school. Analysed by Van de Wouw, p. 98-99. Between qq. 10 and 11 the text comprises eight Argumenta brocardica which also occur in part II of the 'Perpendiculum'. Between qq. 21 and 22 occur a Distinctio and a Summula de induciis, extracted from the Summa Decreti by Stephanus Tornacensis.
