Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1621 ss.
Author(s):
Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1621 ss. , as a supplement to George Mackenzie's {i}Institutions of the law of Scotland{/i}.
Main text written by a very neat hand. Chapter headings are obviously taken over from Mackenzie. The work was thus meant to be a collection of decisions as a supplement to Mackenzie. The first scribe left much free space at the end of each chapter, and this space was used by a later hand to fill in additional abstracts of decisions, in hasty handwriting. Some additions are dated, e.g. 1720. In the left margins, keywords of subjects are provided in large handwriting, and some cross references to other decisions occur
