Ius proprium Scotiae - Treatise "Minor practicks": (compendium) .

This copy was obviously produced at a time when Thomas Hope junior had already become well-known - otherwise the scribe would not have written a title which styles Sir Thomas Hope (the King's Advocate) as 'senior', in order to distinguish him from his 'junior' son of the same name. Neatly written. The text consists of thirteen sections and an appendix. Each section (except the first one) starts with a beautifully written heading
