Index huius voluminis . Chapter headings of the subsequent Digest fol. 48v-70v, in their order.

Maybe still written by the same scrivener, but this is not entirely clear. The nineteen entries of the first part refer to old folio numbers 34-42 (corresponding to modern foliation 48v-59v), but the pertinent leaves no longer have old folio numbers. I thus deem that old numbers were cut off with the margins of the sheets when the volume was rebound. Further on the scribe no longer referred to folio numbers
