[{i}Fol. 95r-120r: The author gives an account of the erection of bishoprics etc. in Scotland, adding lists of pertinent church benefices and their tax value, taken from 'Bagymont his taxt roll' - basically being an account of the organization of the old Scottish church. Thereafter follows an account of the institution of Commissariots as ecclesiastical courts.{/i}].
