Author(s):
Institutions of the law of Scotland .
Written on several different types of paper, but by only one scribe. He used characters fashionable in the first half of the seventeenth century. The first six leaves of the volume are lost. The text starts in the middle of title 1 § 19 and breaks off incomplete in title 26 'De successione' after § 24, because of loss of leaves.
The margins of the leaves are damaged by moisture, in particular the lower margins. This has caused some loss of text on the first and last leaves
