Author(s):

  • George Auchinleck of Balmanno
  • Thomas Hamilton later 1st Earl of Haddington

Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1624-1642: abstracts drawn from George Auchinleck of Balmanno and Thomas Hamilton, as a supplement to Alexander Gibson Lord Durie's Practicks (1624/6/1 - 1631/6/18).

Fragments. First page heavily damaged and almost no longer legible. The work contains short abstracts of decisions, with names of the parties and date, chronologically arranged. At times the collection of Balmanno is quoted, with page numbers. This might even allow identification of the manuscript (if extant) which the collector used
