  • Ye ar be vertue of zour commissioun to decyde in causses beneficiall, materis of teyndis, causses matrimoniall sic as nulliteis and reductiones of mariages of impotency, adherences (except only actiones of divorcement and decisiones of bastardeis quhen the samen sal be conexit witht the question of lauchfulnes of mariage or adultrie, quhilk ar reservit to the Commissares of Edinburgh thar judicatorie).
