Distinctiones ("Edinburghenses") . In the margins, a numbering proceeds from I. (upper left corner of fol. 2r) to XX (bottom of fol. 4vb). Then follows a lacuna (end of nr. 20 to beginning of nr. 43) because a bifolium is gone lost. Fol. 5ra starts in same character of handwriting, in the middle of text nr. 43. After 17 lines there starts a numbering XLIIII which goes forth to LII. Then there follow 15 unnumbered distinctiones. The text only quotes Codex Justinianus and Digesta.
