Notabilia Authentici

Incipit:

  • Hominibus terminus uite est [and then:] mors
  • His omnibus

Explicit:

  • dedit\ qui\ is\ comparare\
  • nubant\ raptoribus\ quae\ [preceding:] mulieribus\ raptis\ De\

Notabilia Authentici . Written by the same hand and in the same manner as the preceding items. Corresponding (at least in part) to MS Durham, UL, Cosin V.V.9, fol. 48va-55 - but the latter MS lacks the first excerpt and last three excerpts from the Justinianic text. The first rubric on fol. 50v (De heredibus et Falcidia) is wrongly written too high up, namely above the excerpt belonging to C.12.62.3. Fol. 51r continues with last texts from Authenticarum Collatio 2 and continues into Collatio 3, etc.

No. of pages: Fol. 50v-51r (flyleaves)
