No mention of an author. Short abstracts of propositions of law from decisions of the Lords of Council and Session. I noticed year dates from 1619 onwards. Most cases date from the 1620s. The Library's catalogue mentions a latest year date of 1646. I therefore suspect that this is an alphabetical compend of Hope's "Major Practicks". The ink is quite faded - on many pages almost illegibly faded
