Acta criminalia Scotiae: Court of Justiciary (digest of Books of Adjournal till 1688, alphabetical).

Short abstracts, collected under alphabetised keywords which are in part taken from technical terms of criminal procedure under Jus Commune and in other part from names of specific crimes, e.g. 'Theft'. Within each keyword the entries are arranged chronologically. Earliest and latest dates which caught my eye: 1584 and 1688.
