• [{i}First item:{/i}] 19 January 1631. The Lords Commissars finds that they have powar in some cases to moderat the quantitie of the teind provin be the titular.

  [{i}Last two items:{/i}] 17 July 1643. The Lords finds, quhair the heritor depend upon the stock, the valuatione of the teinds shall be the fourth pairt of the stock without deductione: L. Wauchton contra L. Edinston.

  The Lords finds that efter a new kirk is erected in a paroch, thair can be no valuatione of the teinds thairof and modificatione of the steipend till the kirk be built and ane actuall minister presented therto: Earl Wigton contra Lord Yester.
