Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1592-1624: (1609/11/14 - 1624/7/24) .

Written by a hasty hand in dark brown ink. Not easy to read. The items usually have a heading with the date, the names of the parties, and a summary of the point of law decided in the case. Many items, however, contain only a summary of the proposition of law decided, and they do not even mention the parties' names. I thus infer that the scribe was eager to get this task done as quickly as possible and that he had no zeal to copy the model manuscript carefully and in full length
