Written on one type of paper only, by several hands until pag. 117, thereafter by one neat and very legible hand until the end. Change of hands e.g. on pag. 41. Contains many styles, some of which are still in Latin.{i}Terminus post quem{/i} for the treatise is 1716 (mentioned pag. 57-58). Still quotes the medieval handbook of procedural law {i}Speculum iuris{/i} by Guilielmus Durantis (pag. 54). Furthermore frequent references to Craig's {i}Jus feudale{/i} (e.g. pag. 75), and Stair's Institutions (e.g. pag. 153)
