Ordo iudiciorum Scotiae "Modus tenendi curias baronum" (in Scots).

Written by one scribe, on paper with a watermark identical or very similar to fol. 25 etc., thus contemporary or not much younger. Above the first page an 18th c. hand has written 'Vol. 2'. I thus assume that the leaves 2-18 had originally formed a separate unit, not bound in one volume with leaves 19-124. The latter show a quite different character of handwriting
