Ordo iudiciorum Scotiae "Modus tenendi curias baronum"
Incipit:
Explicit:
Ordo iudiciorum Scotiae "Modus tenendi curias baronum" (in Scots).
Written by one scribe, on paper with a watermark identical or very similar to fol. 25 etc., thus contemporary or not much younger. Above the first page an 18th c. hand has written 'Vol. 2'. I thus assume that the leaves 2-18 had originally formed a separate unit, not bound in one volume with leaves 19-124. The latter show a quite different character of handwriting
No. of pages: Fol. 2r-18v
Rubric: [{i}First item:{/i}] The baroun lawis. Modus tenendi curias
Incipit:
Explicit:
Colophon: Explicit modus tenendi curias baronum
