In ane actioun of contraventioun, persewit be Douglas of Erlis(unlii?) agains K. and Dunbar of Bourgie, it wes found be interloquitour that the persewar micht insist upoun diverss heids and causses of contraventioune contenit in the summonds, resserving the modificatioun to the Lords at the conclusioun of the caus, notwithstanding that Mr. Jhon Scharp, procuratour for Dunbar, allegit that the persewar behuife to chuse ane of the heids and causses libellit in the summonds of contraventioune allanerlie, conforme to ane statute of the Lords.
