Written probably by the same hand, but the ink is more faded, so the scribe wrote this at a different time. The extracts comprise the provisional edition's items 350-379, 382-387, 389-391, 395-396, 400-402, 405-406.

[{i}First item:{/i}] The samen day, George Drummond clamit at the Earle of Athole the mailles and fruits of certane lands of Ratray ... at the passing of his armie againes the Englischmen invaidand Scotland in the zeir of God 1543 in August or thairby ... ratione warde [{i}not dated, provisional edition's item 350{/i}].

[{i}Last item:{/i}] Die 7 Februarii predicti (anni) in causa intentata per dominum de Wedderburne ... he than being in ward in Dumbartane ... the officer refuisit instantlie ... it wes the officer and servands witht him that did it that by his witting, et sic ipse adhuc semper remansit bonae fidei possessor, ... nor pretend ignorance in facto familiarum servorum, et quod ex eorum facto teneri debet et contra eum [{i}provisional edition 406{/i}]. Finis. Hic finitur fabula. Nihil deest [= 'End. Here the story is ended. Nothing lacks.'{i}These last two words are grossly wrong{/i}]
