The wording differs slightly from the provisional edition, but the differences may just be caused by free abridgement and abstraction. The scribe knew some Latin and some Jus commune, but at times he garbled the text. The chronological order is inverted. Comprised are here the items 510-535, 537-548, 550-560, 562-577 of the provisional edition of Sinclair's Practicks. Interspersed is a case report of 1586, probably from Colville's collection (see below). Furthermore, a reference to a case 1577 Somervell contra Cambusnethen has been added to item 523
