Ius proprium Scotiae - Registers of Sederunt 1626/11/30 - 1650/2/21 and 1661/6/5 - 1665/7/1 , copies of selected items.

No mention of an author, no title. Old pagination in ink 1-89. Thicker paper than flyleaves i-xxiii and fol. 48-107. Written by only one scribe on one type of paper. It appears that those items which were selected for copying were copied fully. Each item is accompanied by a heading, written in the margin by the same scribe. A different hand in hasty handwriting added abstracts to the items, also written in the margins

    [{i}Last item:{/i}] Act declareing in quantum a pro-tutor is lyable. Primo Julii 1665. For as much as in the actione of compt and reckoning, depending at the instance of Robert ... and curators ar lyable by the law and practiqu of the kingdome. And the Lords declaires that they will observe this as ane unviolable practiqu of this kingdome in tyme comeing. And ordains these presents to be publisched att the mercat cros of Edinburgh, and ane act to be extended heirupon and insert in the Books of Sederunt [{i}remainder of the page is left blank{/i}]
