[{i}Samples:{/i}]... 6 That all cause of importance and difficultie be pleaded by writt and subscryvit be the advocat of the partie. 7 That 2 Lords sitt in the Utter Hous conteinewallie, the one to exped all matters the first week and the uther but to be assessoire that week, and that the said assessoire exed all bussiness the second week as only speiker unto whom ane uther Lord is to be joyned that week as ane assessor in place of him who wes speaker the first week, and so succeseitlie from week to week. For so all bussiness may be the moir quicklie despatched and with the less pains and more knowledge to the judge. 8 That no man stay to hear to advysing or votting but thow, Lords of Sessione, and clerks of the proces.
