The names of thes who wer judges in this tyme and are marked in the sederunt of evry severall day in this book, to wit of the clargie Archiepiscopus Sancti Andreae, Episcopus Glesgovensis, Dunkeldinus, Aberdoniensis, Moraviensis, Cathanensis, Orchadensis, Laudiensis, Casei; abbates.

The Sessione wes at this tyme ambilatorie, following the Court and sitting now in Edinburgh, uther whills in Stirling pairtlie and Falkland. The Lords satte alse well efternoon as foirnoone.

[{i}First and oldest case:{/i}] ... Nicoll Foirman of Howtoune contra George Ker of Hamiltoune anent the occupatione of certane lands ... 21 Maii 1469.

The nixt book of the register is in folio, beginning on the 5 of October 1478 and ending the second of October 1480.

The thrid book of register is in folio, beginning the 13 Februarii 1480 and ending the 3 of November 1483.
