Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks (digest of decisions), alphabetical (preparatory work for 'Balfour's Practicks', with additions).

Alphabetical series of keyword titles fol. 8r-207v, and an appendix fol. 209r-243v. See the index above. The contents of the chapters largely match those of the pertinent chapters in the printed edition of Balfour's Practicks, but show the same divergences as in MS Laing III.412 and Adv.MS.24.6.3b. The last-mentioned MS is older, but it was not the model from which the present MS was copied. There follow texts on sea law and on the Marches between Scotland and England. Their contents also correspond to pertinent texts in the printed edition of Balfour's Practicks. Neatly written in good ink
