Old foliation in ink. The items are numbered. The text is written on one type of paper only, and possibly by one scribe, only, up to item 1013, dated 1629/12/19. Another scribe added three more items, numbered 1014-1016. The outer margins contain many cross references, and on the first pages they also contain abstracts of many of the items.
