Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1610-1643 (alphabetical 'Advocati' - 'Uxor'): (1610/2/12 - 1634) .
Neatly written in fully anglicised language, obviously in order to be used by readers in a library. Arranged under headings which are loosely alphabetised, according to their most prominent word (thus not according to their first word). Most keyword titles are lifted from the Corpus iuris civilis. Items are often quite long, and many contain a separate part titled 'Ratio'. The reasons which are then given, however, are grounded on the evidence about the facts of the case, and not on legal argument. Earliest and latest dates which caught my eye: 1610/2/12 (fol. 212v), 1610/3/3 (fol. 7r), several decisions from 1633 and 1634. I found only one date after 1634. Therefore I deem that it is either due to an error of the scribe or a late addition: 1643/6/7 (fol. 29)
