The index lists the items in reversed chronological order. It refers to a MS in which the items of the collection were numbered A-H and thereafter ix. - cxliiii. The MSS of the collection which I have hitherto seen only preserve 87 items altogether. This means that about one third of the collection is not preserved, and the present index is the only witness to the collection's full contents
