Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1592-1624: (1624/6/8 to 1624/7/29, not numbered) .

Sixty-five unnumbered items. Different handwriting, difficult to get used to it. I suspect that these leaves are not original, but rather copied from a copy, in order to substitute original leaves which were lost. This suspicion is corroborated by the fact that the copy in Adv.MS.22.3.5 fol. 266v contains details which are lacking here, and that copies continue into the winter session 1624, whereas the present leaves break off before the summer vacation. On the other hand, the same type of paper was also used in parts of the MS which are definitely genuine (see watermark fol. 223, 225). This shows that the replacement leaves are not substantially younger than the lost leaves
