Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1592-1624 : (1592/11 - 1596/12/13)
Author(s):
Incipit:
Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1592-1624: (1592/11 - 1596/12/13) .
Each individual item is preceded by an indented abstract, written in lighter ink and italic characters, which serves as a heading. Numbers 1-605 for the items are written in ink on the left side of each pertinent abstract, in the colour of the main text. Parties' names and at times also short keywords are also noted in the left margin, mostly in ink differing from the colour of the main text. Dates appear at the end of the items - if at all. The left upper corner of all folios has been destroyed by moisture and decay. Number 533 is lacking after what is now fol. 99. Furthermore, irregularities in the old numbering of the leaves (mentioned above) suggest that some leaves were lost. The missing text might be supplied from MS Edinburgh, Signet Library 34, fol. 128r ss. Yet, unfortunately, this MS has disappeared in the Signet Library after 2006
