The Lords found: ane clause of absalute(!) warrandice in ane assignationto a soume of money did not impart that the debitor was solvendo the time of the granting the assignatione ... Sir Robert Barclay contra Robert Liddell [{i}1671/11/24, but in the margin the date 1671/11/12{/i}].

(End:) The Lords fand that the weynes were loadned upon Arthure Woodnees accompt and not upon the factor Peter Pallats ... that it was {i}dolus dans causam contractus{/i} on Arthur Woodnes part ... by his compt books or otherwayes
