• Jan. 1631. (1) The Lords findis that they haive power to moderat the teinds provine be the titular as haiving prerogative, as wes fund betuixt Cockburnspath and the Lord Home. (2) The Lords finds that all conjunct probatioun of stock and teindis sould beir the present rent and constant rent in time coming, uther wayis it is null. Elphingstoune contra Hollyrood hous.
