The items are not numbered. At each item's end the scribe has conscientiously listed the names of both sides' advocates and of the court's clerk on duty. Neat handwriting.

Formerly bound in two volumes which were - as the old Folio Catalogue says - 'falling to pieces', and many sheets were loose. The former first volume ends on fol. 263r, with an item dated 1630/1/20. The former second volume starts on fol. 264r, first item dated 1630/2/2. Old pagination in ink 1-16, 27-537 and 1-213.

At the beginning no mention of an author, and no title. The second part, starting on fol. 264r, is titled as follows: 'Duries Pratiques, incipientes Februarii 1630, continued untill 1642.'
