Difficult to read because hastily written, and ink faded and blurred. The parties' names sound fictitious. This suggests that the text was merely copied into the present MS as a model for advocates' argument. At the end: two abstracts of judicial precedent, dated 1530. Although the arguments are mainly based on facts, they nevertheless show awareness of which facts are relevant and which are not - and thus knowledge of law
