Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1624-1639 (alphabetical, 'Acts of court' - 'Wife', 'Unlawis') (1624/12/13 - 1637).

No mention of an author, and no title. A collection of short abstracts of decisions and of statutes, mainly drawn from material 1627-1634, with some additions from earlier and later times: 1624/12/13 (pag. 102) and a few from 1635-1637. Short summaries of the items are written in the margins of the first six pages, in ink different from the main text, but this gets very rare further on. Not all items are dated. It appears that the scrivener has skipped keyword titles, and that the order of arrangement of some keyword titles and also of individual entries within keyword titles differs from other MSS.
