Modern foliation in pencil. The compend refers to a collection of Practicks which consisted of two volumes. No dates for the quoted cases are provided here. Mentionings of litigating parties are seldom. The year 1618 is mentioned in fol. 212r, but this may be a quotation of an earlier case which does not directly belong to the indexed collection.
