• [{i}Heading of first item:{/i}] Ane instantie quhair ane pairtie is hard to reduce upon offering to proove ane exceptione in the secund instance, in probatione quhairof the said pairtie succumbit in the first instance

  [{i}Heading of second item:{/i}] Instance quhair the overlord is compellit to receave ane stranger vassall to him in ane better caisse nor his former vassall was in alvayes. But his prejudice bot during the strangers lyftyme. 1590. [{i}Text of second item:{/i}] The Laird of Knokdoliane sold ane fyve pund land of the Laird of Kirkmannan blenche. Kirkmannan sold the samyne of the Lard of Kirkhall blenche ... Therefter res facile revertetur ad pristinam naturam. And swa be the Lords was fund.
